The 20-year-old arrives at Greenwich Avenue after attracting interest from several clubs higher up the pyramid, with the Ambers winning the race for his signature.

Wilson began his youth career at Mansfield Town before moving on to National League outfit Boston United, where he progressed from the U23s to the first team at just 18 years of age.

Standing at 6ft 4, Wilson brings a dominant aerial presence and physicality, making him a serious threat in both boxes.

Manager Martin Carruthers expressed his excitement at securing the young forward, saying:
