Applications are now open for the role of first team manager at Basford United Ladies.

This exciting opportunity will give the successful candidate the chance to lead the progression of senior ladies football at the club.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• The organisation and delivery of team training sessions for maximum performance during games
• Plan team strategy, formation and the selection of players during match days
• Motivation of players pre-, during and post-match
• Assist backroom staff in the recruitment, selection, development and retention of players
• Use of performance analysis software HUDL (training will be provided).

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have previous experience of managing at senior level and hold a UEFA B Licence qualification (minimum).
