Basford United are proud to announce a new partnership with Top House Charity FC, who will sponsor the back of the men’s first team home shirt as well as the training warm-up kit for the 2025/26 season.

This new agreement strengthens our longstanding relationship with the Top House pub and the outstanding work of Darren and Wayne, who have been at the heart of Top House Charity FC's inspiring journey. As part of the sponsorship, Top House Charity FC will also receive use of the state-of-the-art artificial pitch at Greenwich Avenue to host their charity matches throughout the season.

Formed less than two years ago, Top House Charity FC began with what was originally intended to be a one-off memorial match for a pub regular. The success and community spirit sparked by that game led to the creation of a team dedicated to playing football for a cause, raising funds and awareness for local charities and good causes.

Since then, they have helped raise over £20,000 and provided a platform for community members to reconnect with football. More than just a team, Top House Charity FC has had a huge impact on mental health and wellbeing, offering friendship, support, and a renewed sense of purpose to many individuals across the Top House community.

Basford United are honoured to support this mission further through this sponsorship, and we look forward to seeing the Top House name proudly worn by the squad during our landmark 125th anniversary season.
