On Monday the 26th August we will host local rivals Ilkeston Town to Greenwich Avenue for the first meeting of the season. With a larger than normal crowd expected we would like to provide the following information all supporters of both sides who are planning to visit on Bank Holiday Monday.

TICKETS:

Last seasons meeting between the two sides saw a large queue to enter the ground which meant some supporters did not enter till after 15:15 therefore to reduce queueing times at the turnstile we have introduced online tickets. Those who purchase their tickets in advance through our online club shop will enter through the players entrance which can be located at the side of training grass pitch by the main stand. All BUFC season ticket holders will also enter through the players entrance.

Pay on the gate will still be active for this fixture. Those who choose to pay on the gate will enter through turnstiles 1,2,3 or 4 like normal.

Sign posts will be dotted around the external part of the stadium to help direct supporters to the correct entrance. Likewise the stewards who will be out on the car park will be able to direct you to the correct entrance.

FOOD & DRINKS:

We will have two bars open for the game. Our main clubhouse will be open like normal which can be found on the right hand side when entering through the turnstiles or in the top left corner when entering through the players entrance. The second bar which will be open will be our players bar which is located behind the main stand to the side of the changing rooms.

The kitchen will be open serving a wide range of hot food and snacks throughout the game. This can be found in the top corner of the ground by the exit onto our back grass pitches.

PARKING:

We have parking available for over 300 cars on a first come first serve basis. People who have a Blue Badge or require assistance when parking please make yourself know to the car park stewards on arrival who will direct you into an appropriate space.

Once the car park is full street Parking is available in the area however we ask supporters to refrain from Parking on Greenwich Avenue its self to allow plenty of access to and from the ground for emergency vehicles and DO NOT block any driveways of our local residents.
