The match was originally scheduled for 10 May but was called off due to a waterlogged pitch at Mansfield Town.
The match now goes ahead on the newly laid 3G pitch at Eastwood
Manager Martin Carruthers says the team has coped with the delay:
"The delayed game has affected preparation slightly, but we have still kept the lads together via training sessions to keep us ticking over. They looked very sharp in training on Wednesday and we will also have a light session on Saturday in the build up to the big game Monday.
"We really want to end the season on a high after the disappointment of the play-offs. Some of the lads have been away on holiday, but we will have a full squad to choose from come Monday.
"The only absentee is Roger Lee who is back home in sunny Bermuda. Robbie McNicholas and Jake Wood are cup tied. It will be difficult to choose the starting 11 and as a manager it is difficult to leave good players out in the big games, but whatever team we send out it will be packed with quality and desire to retain the cup.
"I watched the Clipstone semi-final v Radford and I was very impressed with the quality they possessed and their movement going forwards. We will need to be at our very best if we are to win the game."
