The First Team will be aiming to end their run of defeats when they meet the division’s bottom markers.
Martin Carruthers said:
“There has been a lot of talk about the bad run we have been in but the players showed great character to control the game at Eastwood on Tuesday and to impose our play on the game.
“We have been boosted by the return of players such as Fernando Bell-Toxtle and Louis Tomlinson and with Liam Hearn approaching full fitness, the outlook is good.
“Obviously we will be losing Kole Lambert to the professional game but it is a great opportunity for him and everyone at Basford wishes him the very best of luck.
“North Ferriby have been struggling but we have learned that there are no easy games in this league. They have some good players that will hurt us if we give them a chance. As always we need to be on our game to get a result.”
