Gregg Smith, Brad Beatson, Jordan Haywood, Declan Dunn and Ollie Clark have all left Greenwich Avenue following the conclusion of the 2022-23 season.
Smith departs having scored nine goals in 40 appearances in all competitions and will be remembered fondly for his strike at Boston United in the FA Cup replay, which kickstarted a remarkable comeback on the night.
Defender Beatson featured on 15 occasions since his move from Ossett United back in November, whilst Dunn - who spent time last season out on loan at Grantham Town - played 29 times, scoring once.
Academy graduate Jordan Haywood failed to make a senior appearance for United this season having spent the majority of the campaign on loan at Newark Town, who lost out in the semi-finals of the United Counties League, Division One play-offs.
And in a season hampered by unfortunate injuries, Clark made one assist in just 16 games this season, and has since signed for Matlock Town following his departure.
We thank each player for their contribution and efforts in United colours and wish them all the very best for the future.
