An update on all the Ambers out on loan...

Ollie Clarke scored his first goal for Loughborough Dynamo on Saturday afternoon, but they ultimately went down 3-1 away at Coleshill Town.

The midfielder has been out on loan since early December to step-up his full recovery to fitness and has featured ten times.

Also on loan at Dynamo is Tyreace Palmer, who made the switch following Kevin Bastos’ move to Greenwich Avenue for an undisclosed fee.

The striker has played five times for Brad Munn’s men but has yet to hit the back of the net for his new side.

Loughborough currently occupy 10th place in the Northern Premier League (Midlands)

Declan Dunn’s loan at Northern Premier League (East) side Grantham Town has been extended a further month.

The stalwart midfielder made his first appearance for the Gingerbreads in a 3-3 draw against Lincoln United on Boxing Day and has featured four times since.

He scored his first and only goal of the season when we beat Stourbridge 2-1 win back in September.

Also spending some time at the Meres is full-back Mitch Tait, who has spent the vast majority of the season with Town.

He has yet to score, but some excellent performances in the famous black and white has drawn high praise from former Basford assistant Michael Leslie, providing assists on several occasions from the left.

Town currently sit 19th.

----------

Another young full-back in Jordan Haywood is currently thriving at United Counties League, Division One side Newark Town, for whom he has signed until the end of the season.

He had previously been at Belper Town and Heanor Town, before the switch to the YMCA Activity Village, where he plays under manager Luke Parsons and with fellow academy graduate Rory Harrison.

Haywood won the player of the month accolade for December for some excellent, stand-out displays and has scored twice.

At present, Newark currently hold a play-off place and sit 3rd.

----------

Another one thriving in the United Counties League (Premier North) is Lewis Rourke who is currently on loan at Heanor Town.

In his first taste of senior football, he has scored 14 times in all competitions this season and only trails leading scorer Jamie Sleigh by six.

The striker has also been in red hot form for our U-19 National League side under Andrew Danylyszyn and Steve Chettle, finding the net six times in nine outings, including a brace against Lichfield City last week.

Heanor lie mid-table in 10th position.
