Core Workwear Become Front Of Shirt Sponsors

Long-time supporter continues to back the ambers.

We are pleased to announce Core Workwear as our New Front of Shirt Sponsor for 2025/26 Season.

Basford United Football Club are delighted to confirm a season-long sponsorship agreement with Core Workwear, who will become the new front of shirt sponsor for the men’s first team across both home and away kits for the 2025/26 season.

This exciting new partnership extends beyond just the kit, with Core Workwear also sponsoring first-team player Rev James, while continuing their existing support through pitchside advertising at Greenwich Avenue.

Founded in 2018 by Ross Crayton, Core Workwear began as a small operation from Ross’ garage. The business quickly expanded, moving to a unit in Arnold before settling into its current home at Unit 11, Bridge Court, Hucknall Road, Bulwell, NG6 8AJ.

A proudly family-run company, Core Workwear specialises in supplying high-quality branded workwear, uniforms, and custom clothing. With in-house embroidery and printing capabilities, Core Workwear offers a comprehensive range of products to businesses and individuals. Their services also include roller banners, flags, signage, and a variety of promotional print solutions.

This isn't Core Workwear's first involvement with the Ambers. The company previously sponsored a matchday fixture against FC United of Manchester and has been a visible presence at Greenwich Avenue through their perimeter board advertising.
Managing Director Ross Crayton, a long-time supporter of the club, expressed his enthusiasm for stepping up the company’s involvement. This latest partnership demonstrates his ongoing commitment to backing the Ambers, both on and off the pitch.

We are thrilled to have Core Workwear on board in such a prominent role for what promises to be a special 125th anniversary season for the club.
