Throughout the day, they rubbed shoulders with the England Ladies National Team, members of the Nike Academy, and high level coaching staff from the FA.
Tom Curtis, National Youth Coach Educator with the FA, commended the group as "a credit to the Academy" and noted how they showed lots of quality and determination throughout a physically demanding day of training.
The recent Conference Youth Alliance champions were invited to take part in the prestigious FA Advanced Youth Award course, where candidates were a mix of youth coaches and Academy Managers from football giants like Manchester City, Newcastle Utd and West Bromwich Albion.
Head of Football at the Academy, Ray Power, said: "We had a wonderful day. The most pleasing part was the excellent impression the boys made in front of some big names from both the FA and professional game. I was very proud of the quality and professionalism we showed in such a top class environment".
Academy striker, Connor Gillan added: "It was a great experience to play at a world-class facility like St George's Park, and also be coached by Premier League coaches. It's a day I'll never forget".
