Festive football returns to Greenwich Avenue on Friday 26th December 2025 as we welcome local rivals Carlton Town for a Boxing Day clash in the Pitching In Northern Premier League Midlands Division.

The Ambers currently occupy one of the play-off positions while the visitors head into the fixture sitting top of the league, with both sides enjoying a positive first half of the campaign, setting the scene for the Boxing Day encounter between two sides with plenty to play for.

Boxing Day at Greenwich Avenue is always a special occasion, and there will be plenty for supporters to enjoy before kick-off. Happy Hour has been extended from 12:30pm until 2:30pm, with fans encouraged to arrive early, soak up the festive atmosphere, and enjoy a drink or two with friends and family.

The festivities continue after the final whistle in the clubhouse, where our Christmas Raffle cash prize draw will take place. Supporters are urged to stick around to see if they’re among the lucky winners. There will also be an alcohol raffle available for those looking to extend the Christmas celebrations into the evening.
