Basford United have announced the signing of Tyrese Sinclair.

The 18-year old striker joins the club on a 1-month loan from League Two side Mansfield Town.

The youngster featured and scored against Basford earlier in the season for Radcliffe Borough.

And Basford United boss Steve Chettle is delighted to have him in the squad.

“We’ve known about Tyrese since the start of the season when he played for Mansfield against us,” He said. “He then played against us for Radcliffe and had two very good games.”

“He’s an exciting young prospect, who I’m sure Mansfield have high aspirations for in the future. We’re very lucky to have him join us and I would like to thank Richard Cooper at Mansfield for helping make this possible.”

While both James Carvell and Jamie Walker have joined Belper Town and Newark Flowserve respectively on loan deals. Carvell goes to Belper on a one-month deal while Walker’s move to Flowserve is until the end of the season.
