Most recently of Grantham Town, Ebanks has also played for Notts County, Newark Flowserve and Newark and Sherwood United. The energetic full back who has also operate higher up on the right hand side has great defensive abilities whilst also providing a lot of support to those in front of him.

Manager Willis Francis said the following after getting Ryan over the line;
